Skills2Compete State Campaigns Hold Briefings on Capitol Hill (September 24, 2008)
On September 23rd and 24th, the Skills2Compete-Illinois and Skills2Compete-Washington state campaigns held separate briefings on Capitol Hill for members and staff of their respective Congressional delegations.
